Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website on afunado.fuvahmulah.gov.mv (“Service”) operated by Fuvahmulah City Council (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
User accounts
As a user of this website, we require you sign-in with eFaas. You agree to give us access to your personal information as allowed and shared by eFaas.
Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service to share your ideas and suggestions on topics and issues relevant for the betterment of the community, and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Fuvahmulah City Council is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
Fuvahmulah City Council reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Terms at any time. These Terms are an understanding between Fuvahmulah City Council and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of the Service.
