I commend the City Council for its ambitious vision for education, particularly its focus on TVET, digital skills, lifelong learning, and early childhood education.

However, the document reads more as an aspirational vision than an actionable development plan. While it outlines what should be achieved, it lacks measurable targets, implementation details, prioritisation, and a framework for monitoring progress.

The plan should also build more strongly on Fuvahmulah's unique strengths, including its legacy of producing skilled seafarers and construction professionals.

Overall, I support the vision, but with clearer planning and measurable outcomes, it could become a practical roadmap for Fuvahmulah's future.
