I Just went throught this draft drawing. I think it would be better to leave coastal areas as coastal areas - this whole idea of "tharaggy" is based on a 100% materialistic mind - rather than peace and tranquility - not sure why every "tharaggy' is designed to make money for a selected individual in the form of contract - basic features are a must - like a part concealed shower area - other than that dense plantation which can tolerate salt can be more beneficial and make the place usable throughout the day - rather than adding wood and concrete to the whole place which would only allow people to enjoy the place only at evening - City council mayor need to step up and make people aware to keep environment in the heart of such "tharaggy" . we cant make all these "tharaggy" based on corporate mindset. Please stop deforestation project by council in the name of "tharaggy".
